Global Shop Solutions names senior director of customer services
Nick Knight
ERP software developer Global Shop Solutions, The Woodlands, Texas, has named Nick Knight as its new senior director of customer services.
Knight joined the company more than 10 years ago, serving previously as a member of the service team, consulting project manager, and most recently as director of consulting. In his new position he oversees the consulting group, custom group, account representatives, and four international offices.
