GSM Industrial announces leadership changes

GSM Industrial, a fabricator and installer of custom industrial steel products based in Lancaster, Pa., has announced several changes to its executive leadership.

Brian Dombach has been named executive vice president and general manager. An employee since 2009, Dombach previously led the outside sales and business development effort. Before joining the company, he spent 19 years in sales and marketing management and served as a business coach and consultant. Dombach graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University.

Jeffrey Ream has been named vice president, fabrication division. Hired in 1980, Ream most recently served as vice president of sales. He now leads and manages the fabrication and shop operations and is responsible for division profitability, goal setting, and monitoring results.

John Kleinfelter has been named vice president of the field services division. He previously served as field account rep and project engineer. With 20 years of mechanical contracting and fabrication experience, he now leads the field team while continuing to manage accounts and projects. Kleinfelter is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering.
