Heidenhain hires systems product specialist for ETEL brand

Heidenhain Corp., Schaumburg, Ill., has hired Mark Skaer as systems product specialist for ETEL motion stage systems. In addition to providing specifications, applications, and troubleshooting information to customers and prospects, he serves as a liaison to ETEL’s corporate worldwide headquarters in Switzerland.

Skaer holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Michigan Technological University. He previously worked as an interface analyst at an EMR software company.
