Helander Metal Spinning earns AS9100C quality management system certification
Helander Metal Spinning Co., a Lombard, Ill., provider of custom metal forming and fabricating services, has received its AS9100C certification, awarded for the improvement of product quality, delivery, and costs in the aviation, space, and defense industries.
The standard, which can be applied throughout the supply chain, is based on ISO 9001:2008, but with about 100 additional requirements specific to aerospace.
