HFC Fabrications acquires Clark Tool & Die and Stamping Co.

HFC Fabrications, a Sun Valley, Calif., manufacturer of equipment using sheet metal fabrications, stampings, precision machined parts, and electronic assemblies, has acquired Clark Tool & Die and Stamping Co. and formed the new entity HFC-Clark, a tool, die, stamping, fabrications, and distribution company.

"This merger combines the staff of both companies," said Vincent Carabello III, corporate president, HFC-Clark. "John Clark, founder of Clark, has retired but will continue to provide guidance in a consultative role."

The new company's capabilities include progressive dies, compound dies, transfer dies, forming dies, metal stamping, wire EDM, CNC machining, CNC sheet metal fabrication, assembly, and design engineering.

Additional services include automated machining, metal finishing, electronics, welding, and fulfillment.
