J.L. Becker delivers temper furnace to Tier 1 automotive supplier

J.L. Becker, a Gasbarre Furnace Group Company in Plymouth, Mich., has shipped a 36- by 72- by 36-in. gas-fired box temper furnace to a Tier 1 automotive supplier in Mexico. The furnace is designed to hold a 6,000-lb. gross load with a maximum operating temperature of 1,350 degrees F. Process capabilities include tempering and stress relief.

The furnace comes with a stationary load table equipped with a newly designed motor-driven roller chain and handler head assembly.
