J.L. Becker restructures sales force

J.L. Becker, a Plymouth, Mich.-based manufacturer of industrial heat-treating equipment, has added sales managers on national and regional levels.

Patrick Weymer has been promoted to the position of national sales manager. He has more than 20 years of sales experience, which includes applications engineering, product management, and heat-processing equipment design knowledge. He joined the company in 2015 as sales and applications engineer.

Eric Buchanan has been promoted to regional sales manager for the Great Lakes region, including Ontario. He joined the company in 2015 as sales engineer. Before that he gained industry experience working with automotive OEMs and their suppliers. He has experience with a variety of heat-treating processes and applications.
