Jet Fabricators acquired by new owner

Michigan City, Ind.-based Jet Fabricators Inc., a provider of precision machining, laser cutting, welding, and fabrication of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, has announced that Brian Mulligan has acquired the company and will serve as president.

The company fabricates multiple types of product for numerous industries, including OEMs and the aerospace, transportation, and power generation markets. It offers high-production fabrication, custom and prototype fabrication, laser cutting services, powder coating, and machining.

Mulligan has 20 years of manufacturing experience, serving in such roles as owner, vice president of operations, and production manager in the manufacturing and fabrication industry.
