Kaman appoints leader of value-added services group

Kaman Industrial Technologies Corp., Bloomfield, Conn., has appointed Gary Yingling as director and general manager, shops and services. He directs the fabrication, assembly, production, material management, capital assets, planning/forecasting, control, and operational quality of the company's network of value-add shops and assembly operations throughout North America. He also directs planning for operational improvements, efficiencies, and overall quality of production services to customers.

Before joining the company, Yingling worked for Stanadyne Corp. as director, global accounts and at Molex Inc. as director and general manager of its Industrial Communications & Software business. Before that he worked for Rockwell Automation for 18 years and U.S. Steel Corp. for 15 years.

Kaman Industrial Technologies Corp. is a distributor of industrial parts, operating more than 200 customer service centers and five distribution centers across North America.
