Kennametal receives CIO 100 Award

Kennametal Inc., Latrobe, Pa., has been named to IDG's CIO magazine CIO 100 Awards, highlighting the top 100 innovative companies that effectively use information technology to create business value.

The company received this honor for its knowledge database called NOVO™, designed to support digital intelligence in application engineering, process planning, and production operations. The Windows® application connects a cloud database and provides an intuitive tool adviser, tool selector, and tool configurator.
