Kennametal, Timken named to list of World’s Most Ethical Companies

Kennametal Inc., Latrobe, Pa., and The Timken Co., Canton, Ohio, have been named to Ethisphere® Institute's World's Most Ethical Companies™ list. This is the third year in a row that Kennametal has received the honor, and the fourth time for Timken.

To determine the winners, Ethisphere, an independent organization dedicated to advancing and recognizing best practices in business ethics, uses in-depth research and a multistep analysis to review companies’ code of ethics; litigation and regulatory infraction histories; investments in innovation and sustainable business practices; corporate citizenship activities; and nominations from senior executives, industry peers, suppliers, and customers.
