Koda Distribution Group acquires Colonial Specialty Chemicals

Stamford, Conn.-based Koda Distribution Group (KDG) has acquired the assets of Colonial Specialty Chemicals (CSC), with plans to merge it with Monson Companies.

The addition of products and technical experts will help increase Monson Companies’ capabilities with customers in the lubricants and metalworking markets.
