LVD Co. nv, a manufacturer of sheet metal and plate fabricating equipment, including laser cutting systems, punch presses, press brakes, guillotine shears, and midlevel automation systems, has opened a new Experience Center (XP Center) at its corporate headquarters in Gullegem, Belgium.

The nearly 27,000-sq.-ft. facility is a complete renovation and significant expansion of the company’s demonstration facility. Visitors are invited to bring their sheet metalworking challenges, discover possibilities for their applications, train on the latest products, and cultivate relationships with LVD experts.

On display are equipment and process from all of the manufacturer’s product lines, automation systems, touchscreen control technology, and software. The Industry 4.0-ready connected facility illustrates what’s possible in an integrated smart factory.
