M. Davis & Sons names VP of risk management

Todd P. Moran has been named vice president of risk management by M. Davis & Sons Inc., a woman-owned, fifth-generation mechanical/electrical contractor and fabricator based in Wilmington, Del.

Moran, who has been the company’s safety director since 2000, has more than 20 years of experience in the contracting and construction industry. Scott N. Cudmore has rejoined the firm as safety director to replace Moran.

Moran has a bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and hygiene management from Millersville University. He is a Certified Safety Professional and authorized OSHA outreach instructor, and he completed the workers' compensation certification program through Michigan State University.
