Marlin Services acquired by affiliate of Gulf Coast Specialty Energy Services

Marlin Services LLC, based in Gray, La., has been acquired by an affiliate of Gulf Coast Specialty Energy Services (GCSES), which is a portfolio company owned by Grey Mountain Partners.

Marlin is a provider of services for the energy industry, particularly focused on providing pipeline maintenance and repair, metal fabrication, and specialty coating services in the Gulf Coast region.
