Matheson completes acquisition of U.S. assets divested by Air Liquide

Matheson Tri-Gas, Basking Ridge, N.J., a provider of industrial and specialty gases, has completed its acquisition of certain U.S. assets divested by Air Liquide.

The acquisition includes 18 air separation units, two nitrous oxide plants, four CO₂ plants, three Airgas retail stores in Alaska, and other related assets.
