McAllisters acquire Select Stainless

International investment banking firm 321 Capital Partners, Baltimore, has completed the asset sale of Select Stainless, a manufacturer of production and custom stainless steel food service and health care equipment in Matthews, N.C., to Larry and Betty McAllister. The 140,000-sq.-ft. facility produces stainless steel tables, shelves, sinks, and racks, as well as custom buffets, food display units, and industrial kitchen components.

The McAllisters, of Dover, Del., also own food service manufacturers Eagle Group in Clayton, Del., and American Creative Solutions LLC in Savannah, Tenn.
