McGregor Metalworking Companies appoints president

McGregor Metalworking Companies, Springfield, Ohio, has named Tom Wright as president of its five facilities.

Wright has spent his career in manufacturing, specifically with Tier 1 suppliers to the automotive market. Having served most recently as plant director of Gestamp Automocion in Alabama, he began his career in manufacturing with United Technologies Automotive and has held management positions at the operating and corporate level for Lear Corp., Talon Automotive, and Tower Automotive.

Wright has a bachelor's degree from Ferris State University and a master's degree from Florida Institute of Technology.
