MDNA to organize USA Pavilion at Expocomer 2011

For the first time, Messe Düsseldorf North America (MDNA), Chicago, will organize a USA Pavilion at the Expocomer trade fair. Organized by the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Panama, this multisector trade exhibition will take place March 23-26, 2011, at the Atlapa Convention Center in Panama City, Panama.

In the USA Pavilion, companies are provided with a 9-sq.-m turnkey booth designed by MDNA. All technical work, setup, daily cleaning, and dismantling are included. The package also includes on-site support personnel for technical supervision and translation assistance. U.S. Commercial Service staff will be on hand to assist with export and licensing issues.

The main exhibit categories at the tradeshow are foods/beverages, textiles, construction, technology, and services. This includes medical equipment and components; electronics; wire and cable; tube and pipe products; pumps, valves, and hydraulic equipment; and steel, iron, and foundry equipment.

At the last staging of the tradeshow in March 2010, 16,744 visitors, including 15 trade commissions, attended the event to see and order the products of 534 exhibitors from 36 countries.
