Mestek Machinery acquires ISM Machinery

Mestek Machinery, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, has acquired ISM Machinery, a manufacturer of spiral duct fabricating machinery in Grayslake, Ill. Mestek Machinery, through its Lockformer, Iowa Precision, Engel, and Lion brands, is a provider of automated rectangular duct fabricating machinery.

Bryan Timmerman has joined Mestek as the principal sales executive and product development manager for all spiral products, to be sold under the name ISM by Lockformer.
