Metal Cutting Specialists, Houston Water Jet announce new location in Houston
BLP Holdings LLC has announced the completion of a 155,000-sq.-ft. facility in Houston that houses its Metal Cutting Specialist and Houston Water Jet divisions. The facility will be operational in November 2015.
The plant will house more than 45 band saws and five waterjet systems. Traditional services include metal sawing up to 81-in. capacities and beam, pipe, and tube splitting up to 30-ft. lengths. Waterjet cutting is offered on plate up to 10 in. thick. The machines have beds more than 25 ft. long to accommodate all material sizes.
The company also will expand into new service areas, such as its new beam line with coping and profiling.
