Metcam launches division to manufacture truck bed extensions

Metcam, a fabricator of sheet metal components and assemblies for OEMs in Alpharetta, Ga., has launched a new division to manufacture and market TramBed™ truck bed extensions.

Metcam has acquired full rights to the technology, and the new division will be operating the entire supply chain for this product, from engineering to manufacturing, assembly, and distribution. This moves the company from component manufacture, assembly, and logistics to complete life cycle manufacturing.
