Methods Machine Tools appoints general manager, Illinois operations

Methods Machine Tools Inc., Sudbury, Mass., a supplier of precision machine tools, automation, and accessories, has appointed Don E. Miller as general manager to head up the company’s operations in Elgin, Ill.

Miller has more than 25 years of sales and management experience in manufacturing and machine tools. Before joining the company, he was executive vice president of manufacturing start-up 5ME LLC. Previously he worked at MAG IAS LLC as vice president of productivity solutions business unit and vice president of new machine sales. He also held the position of vice president of Sales for Galaxy Associates Inc. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in engineering technology.
