MetoKote receives Honda Supplier Performance Award

MetoKote Corp.’s facility in Huber Heights, Ohio, is one of 53 suppliers recognized by Honda for outstanding performance in supplying service parts that serve the needs of customers after they have purchased Honda and Acura vehicles. This is the second year in a row that the facility has received this recognition.

MetoKote has provided American Honda with service sheet metal parts, including large bulk heads, bumper assemblies, and various small brackets, for more than 21 years. Many of the parts require custom labeling and packaging and are sent directly to Honda’s distribution facilities.

The Huber Heights facility has two e-coat monorail systems and one liquid paint line. It also performs value-added subassembly, custom packaging, bar-coding, and hem seal operations on finished parts.
