MiTek acquires M&M Mfg. Co.

MiTek Industries Inc. (MiTek®), Chesterfield, Mo., a global supplier of engineered products, proprietary design software, and automated equipment for the broad construction and industrial end markets, has acquired M&M Mfg., Fort Worth, Texas.

M&M Mfg. is a producer of sheet metal products, primarily servicing the air distribution and ventilation market. The firm offers round, rectangular, oval, and spiral ductwork; fittings; and accessories for residential and commercial construction.
