MMFX Steel Corp. appoints VP of sales and marketing

MMFX® Steel Corp. of America, a provider of high-strength steel products in Irvine, Calif., has appointed Kevin McKown as vice president of sales and marketing. He is responsible for the growth of acceptance, use, and marketing of the company’s products throughout North America.

McKown has spent more than 25 years in the specialty steel and manufacturing industries, working for such companies as Flowserve, Scheu Steel, Jacquet Metal Services, Curtis Wright, and Crane Co. He has an MBA from the University of South Carolina and a bachelor’s degree from Allegheny College.
