MSC Industrial Supply appoints senior vice president, supply chain

MSC Industrial Supply Co., a distributor of metalworking and MRO products, has hired Stephen Szilagyi as senior vice president, supply chain. He previously served as chief supply chain officer for Lowe’s Companies, director of distribution for Wesco Distribution, and principal with Kurt Salmon Associates.

Szilagyi holds a bachelor's degree in materials and logistics management from Michigan State University.
