MW Industries acquires Servometer & BellowsTech

Rosemont, Ill.-based MW Industries, a provider of highly engineered springs, specialty fasteners, and machined parts, has announced its acquisition of Servometer and BellowsTech.

Located in Cedar Grove, N.J., Servometer designs and manufactures miniature bellows, flexible shaft couplings, contact springs, and bellows assemblies. BellowsTech, located in Ormond Beach, Fla., markets edge-welded bellows and assemblies.
