New AP&T press hardening line in operation at DTG

AP&T has delivered a press hardening line to Diversified Tooling Group, a Michigan-based manufacturer of press tools. The line is part of DTG’s new American Tooling Center in Grass Lake, Mich.

The line, used to develop and test tools and for preproduction, includes an AP&T 1,200-metric-ton press, an AP&T multilayer feeder furnace, and additional automation for preproduction and small-volume production.
