Newcomb Spring of Connecticut appoints general manager

Decatur, Ga.-based Newcomb Spring Corp. has named Daniel (Dan) Tetreault as the new general manager of its New England facility, Newcomb Spring of Connecticut. In this position he oversees day-to-day operations at the plant; leads new business development; and assists customers in the manufacture of custom springs, wire forms, and stamped metal parts.

Tetreault previously was employed at Wafios Machinery Corp., where he served as vice president. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he received his bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering from Georgia Southern University. In addition to postgraduate business studies, he also received training in advanced metal form manufacturing in both the U.S. and Germany.
