NN Inc. acquires assets of V-S Industries

NN Inc., Johnson City, Tenn., a manufacturer and supplier of metal bearing components, has completed the acquisition of the assets of V-S Industries, a privately held manufacturer of precision metal components with operations in Wheeling, Ill., and Juarez, Mexico. The acquisition provides NN with a complementary but broader product offering and allows penetration into adjacent markets.

NN continues operations at the existing facilities in Illinois and Mexico as part of the NN Precision Metals Components Group.
