NN Inc. acquires RFK Valjcici Konjic

Johnson City, Tenn.-based NN Inc., a manufacturer of high-precision metal bearing components, has acquired 79.2 percent of the outstanding shares of RFK Valjcici Konjic, a manufacturer of tapered roller bearings with operations in Konjic, Bosnia, and Herzegovina. The company plans to acquire the remaining shares in the near future.

NN will continue operations at the existing facilities in Bosnia and will roll up the operations under its NN Metal Bearing Components Group.
