NN Inc. appoints two senior VPs following acquisition of Autocam

NN Inc., Johnson City, Tenn., has appointed J.R. Widders as senior vice president of corporate integration and transformation, and Warren Veltman as senior vice president and general manager of the company’s newly formed Autocam Precision Components Group.

Widders served previously as vice president and general manager of NN’s Precision Metal Components Division since 2010. He was with Whirlaway Corp. before its acquisition by NN Inc. and also held management positions at Technifab Inc. and GE Superabrasives.

Veltman, who served as Autocam’s CFO since 1990 and as secretary and treasurer since 1991, previously worked at Deloitte & Touche as an audit manager.

NN Inc. manufactures high-precision metal bearing components and precision metal components.
