Norsk Titanium announces supply chain services agreement with Precision Holdings

Oslo, Norway-based Norsk Titanium AS, a provider of aerospace-grade additive manufacturing technology, has announced a long-term supply chain services agreement with Precision Holdings, Windsor, Conn., a portfolio company of Texas-based private equity firm Insight Equity Holdings LLC.

The deal comes ahead of Norsk Titanium’s scheduled groundbreaking of what it says is the world’s first industrial-scale additive manufacturing facility to be located in the U.S.

Under the terms of the partnership, Precision Holdings also will provide customer development services in the U.S.
