Novaria acquires Ferco Tech, L&E Eng., and GGF Mfg.

Fort Worth, Texas-based Novaria Group, a supplier of products to the aerospace and defense industries, has acquired substantially all the assets of Ferco Tech, Dayton, Ohio; L&E Eng., Indianapolis; and GGF Mfg., Jamestown, Ky. The three business units, collectively operating as Ferco Aerospace, supply aircraft engine manufacturers with high-strength, temperature-resistant brackets, tube assemblies, and exotic metal fabrications.

Earl Larkin, Novaria executive vice chairman and co-CEO, stated, “Ferco Tech, L&E, and GGF enable us to establish a third platform that focuses on higher-level assemblies and products requiring welding and unique fabrication. Novaria Component Solutions (NCS) will serve as a key platform that furthers business unit interaction and market diversification.”

The three businesses bring additional combined manufacturing space of more than 120,000 sq. ft. and 225 highly skilled employees. Each will continue manufacturing operations at its current location.
