NSA Industries acquires New Hampshire Precision Metal Fabricators
NSA Industries LLC, St. Johnsbury, Vt., has acquired New Hampshire Precision Metal Fabricators, Londonderry, N.H., a provider of fabrication and powder coating services.
The entire New Hampshire Precision operation will be moved to NSA’s St. Johnsbury facility or its new Groveton, N.H., facility, scheduled to start operating by the end of January 2017. The 70 employees at New Hampshire Precision will be offered jobs with NSA.
