Performance Fabricating expands in Michigan

Performance Fabricating has announced plans to expand its metal fabrication operations in Fenton, Mich., with a new, 100,000-sq.-ft. building that will house the corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility. The project is expected to generate $9 million in private investment and create 52 jobs, doubling the size of the workforce over the next few years.

The company, a primary supplier to automotive, health care, and institutional customers worldwide, specializes in steel fabrication and robotic welding.
