Precision Bend & Machine seeks investor or buyer

Precision Bend & Machine Co., a custom metal fabricator in Walcott, Iowa, has retained Heritage Equity Partners to seek an immediate sale of the company, or new funding for current growth opportunities.

The company provides CNC tube and sheet bending, CNC wire forming, laser cutting, production welding, assembly, and powder coating. The 50,000-sq.-ft. facility includes a complete tool and die shop, punching, nipping, welding, assembly, packaging, and two powder coating lines. The firm can bend tubing up to 4 in. dia. and 40 ft. long, cut plate up to 1 in. thick, and take raw materials through the fabrication and manufacturing process to a completed finished product.

Equipment includes tube benders, wire forming machines, lasers, press brakes, saws, a punch press, welding machines, and a lathe.
