Prime Controls takes third place at 2016 Innovation Index Awards

Dayton, Ohio-based Prime Controls, a manufacturer of double metal sheet sensors and controls for the can-making, automotive, and appliance industries, has taken third place in the global fluency category at this year’s Innovation Index Awards. The awards recognize local organizations that discover innovative approaches and solutions to aid the region’s economy.

Prime Controls’ access to international markets and dedication to outreach placed the company in the running for this year’s awards. Having shipped to 33 countries last year, the company is looking to expand on that this year with distributors in Hong Kong, Italy, U.K., and potentially Latin America.
