Pro-Air Services acquires FilTech-Woodland
Decatur, Ala.-based HVAC contractor Pro-Air Services Inc. has acquired FilTech-Woodland Inc., a metal fabrication company also located in Decatur.
FilTech-Woodland currently provides CNC machining, metal fabrication, and predictive maintenance services. By acquiring the company, Pro-Air Services is able to offer these services in-house to its HVAC customers, and FilTech-Woodland customers will also be able to receive HVAC services.
