Quality Industries adds two managers

Mike Swift, production manager -- Tennessee operations.

Quality Industries Inc., a metalworking company based in La Vergne, Tenn., has named Mike Swift as production manager for its Tennessee operations and Ricky Chaney as plant manager in Denton, Texas.

Swift has 35 years of manufacturing experience with companies including Hillenbrand, Ingersoll Rand, Johnson Controls, and Rockwell Intl. As production manager at the La Vergne facility, he oversees all aspects of product safety, quality, delivery, and cost management.

Chaney has 20 years of manufacturing and operations experience within the metal fabrication and plastics industries, including positions at General Cable Corp., Wolverine Tube, Mueller Industries, and Amcor Rigid Plastics. His responsibilities include overseeing production capabilities at the Denton facility, which is in the process of expanding into a new 86,000-sq.-ft. space.
