Seeley purchases John G. Wilson Machine Ltd.
Bruce Seeley, a former senior executive with ATS Automation Tooling Systems, Cambridge, Ont., Canada, has purchased John G. Wilson Machine Ltd., a metal fabricating business in Princeton, Ont., Canada.
The purchased company makes metal components using laser and production welding, computerized machining, metal spinning, and powder coat painting. Seeley plans to shift the company's focus into new markets, such as green energy and medical.
