SelfLube achieves seventh zero-nonconformance ISO 9001:2008 audit

Mold and die components manufacturer SelfLube, Coopersville, Mich., has completed its ISO 9001:2008 quality audit with zero nonconformances. This is the firm’s seventh successive zero-nonconformance audit.

The audit addresses five key areas: meeting expectations for on-time delivery, product quality, understanding customer needs and priorities, customer service, and employee knowledge.
