Shiloh Industries names VP sales and program management

Shiloh Industries Inc., Valley City, Ohio, a supplier of lightweighting, noise, and vibration systems, has hired Scott Borovich as vice president sales and program management.

Borovich assumes Dave Jaeger's responsibilities as the sales leader. Jaeger now focuses his efforts on leading the company’s CastLight™ brand, which has received significant new business awards leading to the construction of aluminum casting operations in China, the expansion of magnesium operations in Poland, and the launch of the company's aluminum and magnesium casting plant in Clarksville, Tenn.

Borovich has 18 years of global automotive experience with Lear and Visteon Corp. Most recently he was the vice president of sales and program management at Varroc Lighting Systems. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
