Standex acquires Enginetics

Salem, N.H.-based Standex Intl. Corp. has acquired Enginetics Corp., Huber Heights, Ohio, a producer of aircraft engine components serving the U.S. and European aviation markets.

The acquisition will enable the Standex Engineering Technologies Group to expand its relationships with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers and increase its exposure to growing aviation markets in the U.S. and Europe.
