Super Steel announces organizational changes

Super Steel, a contract manufacturer in Milwaukee serving the agricultural, construction, industrial, transportation, and defense markets, has announced several staff changes.

Jason Gaare has been named vice president of sales and materials. He has held various leadership positions within the company, including engineering, sales, manufacturing, supply chain, and project management.

Sam Gerrits has been promoted to vice president of operations, responsible for overseeing all facets of the manufacturing execution. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering and has extensive experience in operations, engineering, quality, and manufacturing.

Heather Krugler has been promoted to corporate communications specialist. She is responsible for implementing strategic communications plans that reinforce the company’s business objectives and build the brand.

Pat Murphy has been named safety, maintenance, and environmental manager. He is responsible for leading the implementation and execution of the company’s health and safety strategy, emphasizing continuous improvement and preventive measures, and overseeing the maintenance department.
