Super Steel marks 90th anniversary
Milwaukee-based Super Steel marks its 90th year in business in 2013. The company was founded in 1923 to manufacture metal windows and doors. It gradually began manufacturing metal cabinets, switchboards, air coolers for generators, and bombs for World War II.
Today the company is a contract manufacturer serving the agricultural, construction, industrial, transportation, and defense markets.
