TAB Industries videos show wrapping systems in action
TAB Industries LLC has released two videos showing its automated TAB Wrapper Tornado wrapping system in action at its facility in Reading, Pa. The videos show the system wrapping a 4- by 4-ft. pallet (www.youtube.com/watch?v=kAwo510IrNc) and a larger 7-ft. pallet (www.youtube.com/watch?v=reDLfvBpBsc).
The system operates via a PLC screen. The operator loads and unloads the pallets from the conveyors and enters a few measurements on the PLC screen whenever a different size pallet is ready for wrapping. The system completes the job automatically, allowing the operator to perform other tasks while the product is being wrapped.
