Takoda Group acquires Danco Metal Products
Takoda Group LLC, a private investment firm in Cleveland, has completed acquisition of 100 percent of the stock of Danco Metal Products Inc., a precision metal fabricator in Avon Lake, Ohio.
Glenn Harbold, a Takoda Group operating partner, assumes the role of president of Danco Metal Products. Throughout his 20-year career, he has held a variety of senior operating, finance, and business development positions in both emerging growth businesses and Fortune 500® companies. Harbold received a bachelor's degree in mechanical and aerospace engineering from Cornell University and an MBA in finance and operations from Carnegie Mellon University.
Takoda Group LLC principals L.T. Slater and James Williamson also provide significant guidance on strategic initiatives.
Danco Metal Products continues to operate under its original name.
