TG Mfg. acquires Craft Steel

Grand Rapids, Mich.-based TG Mfg., a division of Tiger Industrial Systems, has acquired Craft Steel, Spring Lake, Mich.

Craft Steel offers metal stamping, metal fabrication, laser cutting, and robotic welding processes, serving such industrial sectors as agricultural, automotive, furniture, medical, and construction. TG Mfg. is a diverse group of manufacturing companies serving the aerospace, automotive, material handling, HVAC, furniture, appliance, renewable energy, and construction markets.
